Will the app continue beyond the 2018 season?
Unfortunately, the Smithfield Racing application will not continue into the 2019 season or beyond. The app will be live until April 5, 2019 in order to give people time to redeem the points they earned in 2018, but points cannot be earned for 2019 races.

Do points ever expire?
The app will be retired on April 5, 2019 so points will need to be redeemed before then. Please check to find other opportunities to earn prizes.

How do I enroll?
To play, download the Smithfield Racing app to your iPhone or Android smartphone. The app is available through either Google Play or the App Store.

Do I need an iPhone or Android smartphone in order to participate?
The only way to play is through the app downloaded to your Android smartphone or iPhone (IOS 9 or higher).

Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points earned.

I didn’t receive all of my points. How can I get the missing points?
Send an email describing the problem to:

Can I change my weekly top 5 driver choices after I save them?
You can change your driver picks as often as you like during the week, up until the day before race day.

What is the cutoff time for making top 5 driver picks?
Your picks are "locked" at midnight the day before race day, and you'll be able to make new picks the day after the last race.

One or more of my driver picks finished in the top 5. When will my points credit to my account?
Race results are tabulated and points are awarded the day after the race. (usually Monday mornings)

The item I wanted to redeem points for is no longer available, when will it be back in stock?
Merchandise is limited in quantity; therefore it may not become available again once out of stock. If you see something you want and have the points, it is best to order it as soon as possible.

I redeemed my points and placed an order for an item, when will I receive it?
Your order will be reviewed and fulfilled within a week. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped and you'll be able to track your package using Fedex's tracking system.

Where can I check the status of my order?
If you don't receive an email confirming your order, please send an email to and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.

Smithfield reserves the right to close a user's account at their discretion, should it be determined that there is evidence of suspicious activity on the account. Points accumulated in relation to a closed account will be forfeited, and cannot be transferred to a new account.
